In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, further promote the reform of the talent development system and mechanism, and build an efficient talent exchange platform, from October 25 to 26, the 2024 Kunshan Workshop for the Director of the University's BO Management Office was successfully held at Duke Kunshan University. The event attracted more than 150 people from Fudan University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Southeast University and other 16 well-known universities inside and outside the province, doctoral and postdoctoral representatives, as well as representatives of 46 post-doctoral station enterprises in our city.

At the event site, a solemn and warm awarding ceremony became the focus of the audience. Seven newly approved enterprises of Jiangsu Province Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base took the stage to receive the honorary plaque one by one, among which TOMILO, with its excellent scientific research strength and postdoctoral talent training achievements, became the enterprise at the awarding ceremony. This honor is not only a recognition of TOMILO's efforts in technological innovation and talent cultivation, but also a recognition of its future development potential.
